The self-adhering pad can be rejuvenated using our Skin Tac Wipes for a better hold, and it can be changed out after several uses and replaced with a new pad.

These silicone breast forms from TRANSFORM® are developed for the male torso and feel even softer than our SuperSoft breast forms! The new membrane has a more matte, smooth texture than our TRANSFORM Semi-Round breast forms for an more natural appearance and more movement and bounce.

TRANSFORM Premier Semi-Round breast forms are packaged in a beautiful feminine box. Inside the box is a plastic cradle, each holding one breast form. This cradle is great for storing your breast forms when they're not being worn.
As always, your breast forms will be shipped discreetly in a plain, unmarked box with no identifying labels.

Important notes

Smaller sizes will have better adhesion than the larger sizes, due to the weight of the breast form. Results may very depending on skin preparation, skin type and size of the breast form. For better results, shower and clean the skin with a mild non-moisturizing soap and wipe the skin with Skin Tac Wipes before attaching the breast forms.

The Breast Form Store STRONGLY recommends wearing a bra with TRANSFORM Premier Semi-Round breast forms. Although you may have success going braless with the smaller sizes, larger sizes have a heavier weight, and therefore will likely not be secure when worn braless. If you want to wear the forms without a bra, it is best if you wear a tighter fitting halter top, leotards, sports bra or any sort of garment that will give that extra bit of security. You may find that you have no problem at all wearing the forms everywhere without a bra as they really hold. Experiment at home to find your best solution.

Proper care of the breast forms and the adhesive pads will extend the life of the adhesive pads significantly. At this time, we have found that the self-adhering pads last up to two months with daily wear, and between three to four months when worn one to three times a week.
