Once we receive and review your application, you will be sent an email accepting you in to the program. This will include your minimum $50 store credit.

Can I apply to multiple platforms?
Yes, you are welcome to apply as an ambassador on any and/or all social media platforms you choose. Please note you may only receive approval for select platforms.

How are ambassadors selected?
Everyone is invited to submit an application, but only successful appilcants will be selected to be a TBFS Ambassador.
Ambassadors are chosen based on both their program eligibility, but also for their account and content quality and their relevance and reputation within the gender expressive communities. We value authenticity in communication and experience.
Applicants will receive a response via e-mail upon being accepted to the TBFS Ambassador program.
How often can I cash out my store credits?
Store credits can only be requested once in a calendar month.
How many times can I submit a post for a bonus cashout?
Bonus cashouts are only paid once per post, and must be cashed out within 90 days of the initial posting.

Terms & Conditions
By applying for and participating in the Program, you (“Ambassador,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have an active and verifiable social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or other platforms approved by The Breast Form Store.
- Ambassador Responsibilities
As an Ambassador, you agree to:- Promote and endorse The Breast Form Store products/services in a positive and authentic manner.
- Use the promotional materials and content provided by The Breast Form Store in accordance with any guidelines given.
- Create and share content (such as posts, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with the Program’s objectives, which may include product features, reviews, tutorials, or other content types.
- Ensure all content is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines.
- Not engage in any conduct that could harm the reputation of The Breast Form Store or its products/services.
- Not promote product(s) or retailers that are in direct competition with The Breast Form Store’s primary products (breast forms, breastplates, and hip padding).
- Disclose your affiliation with The Breast Form Store as an ambassador in accordance with relevant advertising standards and laws (e.g., “Sponsored” or “#ad”).
- Compensation and Rewards
- Ambassadors may receive rewards such as store credits, product discounts, free products, monetary payments, or other benefits as determined by The Breast Form Store.
- Compensation details, including the amount and timing, will be specified in individual agreements or offers made to you.
- Any monetary payments will be subject to applicable taxes, and it is your responsibility to report income to the relevant tax authorities.
- The Breast Form Store reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any rewards or compensation at any time without prior notice.
- Content Ownership and Usage Rights
- You retain ownership of any content you create. However, by participating in the Program, you grant The Breast Form Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, modify, and distribute the content you create in connection with the Program, across any platforms and media for marketing and promotional purposes.
- This license will remain in effect for the duration of your participation in the Program and beyond, unless you revoke it in writing.
- Code of Conduct
As an Ambassador, you agree to:- Act with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times while representing The Breast Form Store.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific guidelines.
Avoid any behavior that may damage the reputation of The Breast Form Store or its products/services. - Not engage in spamming, misleading, or deceptive practices in promoting The Breast Form Store’s products/services.
- Termination of Participation
The Breast Form Store reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:- Violating these Terms and Conditions.
Engaging in conduct that harms the reputation of The Breast Form Store. - Failing to fulfill your Ambassador responsibilities.
- If you no longer meet the eligibility requirements for the Program.
Upon termination, you agree to immediately stop promoting The Breast Form Store’s products/services and remove any related content from your social media profiles and other platforms.
- Violating these Terms and Conditions.
- Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential or proprietary information shared by The Breast Form Store during the course of the Program. This includes but is not limited to product details, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and other business-related information. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Breast Form Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program, including any errors or omissions in content, promotional material, or product use. - Indemnification
