Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, or agents of The Breast Form Store and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Skill Testing Question

A skill-testing question must be correctly answered by all winners in order to claim their prize. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and another winner may be selected.

Prize Details

Winners will receive the prize as specified on the contest page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Shipping

Free Shipping: Winners located in the United States or Canada will receive free shipping for their prize.

International Shipping: Winners outside of the United States and Canada will be responsible for all shipping fees, as well as any taxes, duties, or other charges that may be imposed by their country upon import.

Email and Marketing Consent

By participating in this contest, you consent to being added to our mailing list. You will receive promotional emails about ongoing sales, product launches, and updates on company activities. We will not disclose your email address to any third parties.

Photo Submission and Usage Rights

By submitting photographs as part of this contest, entrants hereby grant The Breast Form Store an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the submitted images for promotional and marketing purposes, in perpetuity. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to feature these images in advertisements, social media posts, and website content.

Entrants acknowledge they retain ownership of their submitted photographs but waive any rights to compensation for their use.

Contest Voting and Photo Guidelines

The contest winner will be determined based on the most votes at the end of the contest, which will close at Midnight, February 23rd, 2025.

Submission Limits: Contestants are allowed to submit a maximum of 10 photographs.

Voting Rules: You can vote once per photograph, with a 1-minute interval between votes.

Approved Submissions: Only approved submissions will be visible on the contest page. Please note that submissions will typically be reviewed within a few hours of submission.

Content Restrictions: Photographs containing pornographic or nude content will be removed.

Accuracy of Submission: Submitted images must accurately portray the contestant.

Copyright Restrictions: The submission of copyrighted images is strictly prohibited.

Any users who appear to be manipulating the contest can and will be disqualified from the current, and potentially all future, contests administered by The Breast Form Store.

Winner Validation

The winner will be validated through the submission of a separate image directly to the contest administrator.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Breast Form Store, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.

Void Where Prohibited

This contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

General Conditions

The Breast Form Store reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest in the event that any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control compromise the integrity or fairness of the contest.

Privacy

By entering the contest, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with The Breast Form Store's privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

Governing Law

The contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia, and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
