However, by participating in this contest, you hereby consent to being added to our mailing list, where you will receive promotional emails detailing ongoing sales initiatives, updates on new product launches, and information pertaining to company activities.
• By virtue of participation in this contest, entrants hereby grant thebreastformstore irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to utilize, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of the submitted photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, in perpetuity. This grant encompasses, without limitation, the right to feature such images in advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
• Entrants expressly acknowledge that they retain ownership of their photographs, while simultaneously waiving any claims to compensation for their use.
• The photo contest winner is decided by with the most votes at the end of the contest on Midnight, June 14th, 2024.
• Only approved submissions will be visible and usually takes up to a couple of hours for review.
• Contestants are restricted to a maximum of 500 submissions for the contest and you can only vote once per photograph at 1 minute intervals.
• Photographs containing pornographic or nude content will be removed.
• Submitted images must accurately portray the contestant.
• Submission of copyrighted images is strictly prohibited.
• Validation of the winner will be conducted through the submission of a separate image directly to the contest administrator.
