There is NO WARRANTY included with next-to-perfect or second-grade products; these products have been identified as being less-than-perfect in some way, which is why they are available at such a discounted price
Packaging may be different from what is included with regular products
We cannot guarantee or identify the exact reason why an item may have been identified as next-to-perfect. Often times, it is a blemish that makes it visually less than perfect, and can appear on the back side of the product rather than the front. The imperfection will not impact the use or durability of the product in any way, making it a great way to get a good deal — especially for girls who are not looking to create a nude illusion

If you know your bra size. skip to step 4. If you do not know your bra band size, take a measurement going all the way around your body beneath the curve of your pectoral muscle.
Example: Measurement is 35 inches
Follow this measurement to determine your bra band size (what your body says you are)
Example: Bra band is 40
Decide which cup size you would like to be.
Example: C cup for proportional shape
Intersect your bra band size with the cup size you want to be. The number in the intersecting row and column will be the size to order!
Example: 40C is a size 7

The above fitting chart will give you a shallow to average cup fill. If you would like to achieve an average to full cup fill in the same size bra, you may go up one breast form size.

Do not attach your breast forms to your body until you know that you love them! Only attach them once you are sure of your sizing. Once they have been attached to the body in any way, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow for up to 10 business days for your order to be crafted with the manufacturer ONLY if it is not in stock with the manufacturer at the time of your order.
Canadian & international orders should allow for up to an additional 15 business days for your product to arrive from the manufacturers' location before it can ship to you.

Warranty

All Platinum Seal, Gold Seal, and Silver Seal traditional breast forms are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for one year from date of purchase.

Platinum Seal, Gold Seal, and Silver Seal traditional breast forms are guaranteed against failure of the double-strength membrane on the back side of the forms caused by double-sided adhesive tapes manufactured for and sold by The Breast Form Store and its affiliates. Skin Tac Wipes and Holdup adhesive are also covered in this guarantee, however the use of any other tape or attachment method will void the guarantee.*

Platinum Seal, Gold Seal, and Silver Seal traditional breast forms are not guaranteed against abuse, punctures by sharp objects, excessive pressure being placed on them, excessive heat, or other actions that would not be consistent with normal wearing of a breast prosthesis.

IMPORTANT: While many of our clients are using other medical grade adhesives, adhesive sprays, medical grade tapes and removers with success, we regret that we cannot provide a guarantee if they are used. There are so many formulations of adhesives and removers that that The Breast Form Store is unable to test and guarantee them all. If you are considering any other method of attaching the breast forms than the products we provide, please do so with caution.

A very safe and easy adhesive remover is baby oil. It is safe to use with both liquid adhesives and double-sided tapes, as that baby oil neutralizes most adhesives. Apply to edges of tapes and slowly remove tapes as adhesive is neutralized. You will not be able to re-use the adhesive if it is removed with baby oil.

Claims

All claims under this guarantee require the return of the breast forms to The Breast Form Store. Breast forms cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us for an authorization number. Shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. The guarantee only extends to the initial pair of breast forms purchased and not to any replacement forms issued to previous charges.
