✅ Update: DHL Strike Resolved
Great news! The DHL Express labour disruption in Canada is now over, and their shipping operations have returned to normal. We’ve resumed using DHL where appropriate, along with our other trusted carriers. Thanks so much for your patience while we worked through these delays 💖
👉 Heads up: DHL Express will be suspending all shipping operations in Canada starting Friday, June 20, 2025. Due to an ongoing labour dispute, DHL will stop collecting shipments to or from Canada beginning Tuesday, June 17 at 9:00 PM EST, and will fully shut down service by Friday at 12:00 AM EST.
This means that any shipments we would normally send through DHL will be affected — and unfortunately, there’s no timeline for when service will resume.
To keep things moving as smoothly as possible during the strike, we’ll ship using alternative carriers like FedEx or UPS at our discretion. While these carriers are reliable, please note that delivery times may be a little longer than usual as they take on additional volume during this disruption.
📬 If your package was set to go out with DHL, here’s what to expect:
- We’ll automatically switch you over to another carrier.
- There’s nothing you need to do unless we contact you directly.
We’re keeping a close eye on the situation and will share updates as soon as we know more.
