Breast forms developed for the male torso. Unique asymmetrical shape with a curved side wing adds fullness towards the underarm – just like a natural breast. The realistic rise up the chest fills the top of your bra so there are no empty areas.

Don’t confuse TRANSFORM Classic I Super Soft with regular TRANSFORM Classics sold on other sites. We sell only the Super Soft forms, made from softer, life-like, bouncy silicone, giving you a more natural look and movement. Firm enough to maintain their shape yet soft enough to have a natural bounce. The regular TRANSFORM breast forms (not Super Soft) do not have the bounce and movement of Super Soft breast forms.

  1. If you know your bra size. skip to step 4. If you do not know your bra band size, take a measurement going all the way around your body beneath the curve of your pectoral muscle.
    Example:  Measurement is 50 inches
  2. Follow this measurement to determine your bra band size (what your body says you are)
    Example:  Bra band is 52
  3. Decide which cup size you would like to be.
    Example:  A cup for very demure size
  4. Intersect your bra band size with the cup size you want to be. The number in the intersecting row and column will be the size to order!
    Example:  52A is a size 10

Warranty

All Transform traditional silicone breast forms are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for six months from date of purchase.

Transform traditional silicone breast forms are not guaranteed against abuse, punctures by sharp objects, excessive pressure being placed on them, excessive heat, or other actions that would not be consistent with normal wearing of a breast prosthesis. They are also not guaranteed for use with any adhesives, with the exception of Holdup adhesive and/or Skin Tac Wipes. Any other adhesive use will void this warranty.

IMPORTANT: While many of our clients are using other medical grade adhesives, adhesive sprays, medical grade tapes and removers with success, we regret that we cannot provide a guarantee if they are used. If you are considering ANY method of attaching the breast forms, please do so with caution.

Claims

All claims under this guarantee require the return of the breast forms to The Breast Form Store. Breast forms cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us for an authorization number. Shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. The guarantee only extends to the initial pair of breast forms purchased and not to any replacement forms issued to previous charges.
