Looking inside the panty, the v-canal goes towards the rear, whereas the bladder canal sits at the front and goes towards the belly button. The bladder canal, which works like a condom catheter, enters in to the v-canal so you can relieve yourself with the liquid coming out of the right location.

The v-canal is textured with bumps and grooves inside to mimic the experience of the human body. This helps to increase pleasure and sensation to your partner. If you live outside these regions, you can still place your order through our U.S. head office, and we’ll ship it to you via DHL Global Express.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered to your door within two weeks from the day you place your order.We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping procedures.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Once you made the decision to initiate a return or an exchange, contact us to request your RA number. This must be done within 48 hours of the package being delivered or your RA number may be denied.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as the order has been received back and inspected for eligiblity. You will receive an email regarding your refund as soon as it is completed.
Some clients may find that their refunds appear immediately, but it may take up to two (2) weeks to show back up to your credit card, depending on your provider.
