MTF transformation & makeover services
Starting April 1, 2024, The Breast Form Store is proud to offer makeover services at our head office location just outside of Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Your in-person transformation service will take place in our private showroom with one of our trained & trusted makeup artists. This pampering makeover experience is designed to help soften your features and enhance your feminine experience. Each package includes basic wig styling and false lashes and can be customized with an instant manicure and/or customized lashes as well.
As an added bonus, you can also add a photo studio experience with one of our femininity experts. Using our newly renovated photography studio, you’ll have different sets to take beautiful photography on your own device to use as you please. Finally, a transformation experience where you don’t have to pay to access your own images!
Book your makeover service
At this time, we ask that you please request the time and date of your fitting in the notes section of your order. We will confirm via e-mail the date and time of your appointment after the deposit is paid for and entered in our system. If the time is not available, we will work with you to find a time and date that will. We recommend booking at least one month in advance to guarantee availability.
We are unable to accept any bookings for December 2025.

Preparing for your appointment
We do our best to make sure that you have the best experience possible. Please prepare for your appointment as you would any other medical appointment or spa service. Be freshly showered, avoid using perfumes or fragrances, and dress appropriately (be it as a female or as a male). You will also have the opportunity to change after your makeup service is completed.
Make sure that you are freshly shaven and that your face is free of any makeup or moisturizers. We do not provide any hair removal services as this time.
The fine print
In order to create the most intimate and comfortable experience possible, we shut down our warehouse and showroom during your makeover appointment. For this reason, we are only able to accommodate makeover services that are booked in advance. All appointments must be booked at least one day in advance, so that we can properly notify our warehouse of the closure.
Appointments that take place outside of our regular business hours are subject to an additional fee.
Once a booking is scheduled and confirmed, the payment is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled 72 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled or moved towards the purchase of products or services.
