Care instructions & warranty information

Silicone female masks are designed to be used with adhesive and sit very close to your skin. Our Gold Seal NAKED silicone masks are designed to simulate the skin of your body. We recommend that you treat your mask with care and respect, as you would your own skin. Excessive tugging and yanking, or sharp objects like fingernails or jewelry, can possibly damage the skin. For this reason, we do not recommend sleeping with your mask on, to prevent any movement in your sleep from accidentally damaging the mask.

There is no warranty offered by the manufacturer on our Gold Seal Naked silicone masks. We ask that all clients read our fitting information to be sure that this product will be the best fit for their needs. If you believe you have experienced a defect, please contact us, but be advised that unless a defect has actually occurred, we may not be able to replace the item.

If you live outside these regions, you can still place your order through our U.S. head office, and we’ll ship it to you via DHL Global Express.

All packages are shipped discreetly in plain boxes, with no identifying information on the outside. We also offer multiple shipping speeds—from ground to express—depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered to your door within two weeks from the day you place your order.We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping procedures.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Once you made the decision to initiate a return or an exchange, contact us to request your RA number. This must be done within 48 hours of the package being delivered or your RA number may be denied.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as the order has been received back and inspected for eligiblity. You will receive an email regarding your refund as soon as it is completed.
Some clients may find that their refunds appear immediately, but it may take up to two (2) weeks to show back up to your credit card, depending on your provider.
