Frequently Asked Questions

How to apply press-on nails
  1. Remove any previously applied nail polish
  2. File, buff, and clean the surface of your natural nails
  3. Gently push back cuticles using the cuticle stick
  4. Select the best fitting nail for each finger and set aside in order
  5. Apply an even layer of glue to your natural nail
  6. Align with cuticle line and press down firmly. Hold for 10-30 seconds

How to remove press-on nails
  1. Soak nails in acetone nail polish remover until glue loosens
  2. Gently peel nails starting from the corner side. Do break, peel off or force nail removal
  3. Re-soak nails in acetone polish if needed
  4. Remove any excess glue using a buffer
  5. Finish by washing your hands and applying your favorite hand moisturizer

Helpful tips
  • Nail glue is an eye irritant. It bonds to skin and eyes in seconds. If skin bonding occurs, DO NOT PULL. Peel apart gently using acetone or polish remover.
  • If direct contact with eyes occurs, flush immediately with water and see a physician at once.
  • Avoid contact with fabrics as skin burns may occur.
  • Do not use if natural nails are infected, damaged, thin, or weak.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

If you live outside these regions, you can still place your order through our U.S. head office, and we’ll ship it to you via DHL Global Express.

All packages are shipped discreetly in plain boxes, with no identifying information on the outside. We also offer multiple shipping speeds—from ground to express—depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered to your door within two weeks from the day you place your order.We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping procedures.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Once you made the decision to initiate a return or an exchange, contact us to request your RA number. This must be done within 48 hours of the package being delivered or your RA number may be denied.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as the order has been received back and inspected for eligiblity. You will receive an email regarding your refund as soon as it is completed.
Some clients may find that their refunds appear immediately, but it may take up to two (2) weeks to show back up to your credit card, depending on your provider.
