Privacy & discretion

All orders that are paid by credit card are charged through our legal company name for privacy reasons. Your credit card will show a charge coming from ProdigalSon Ventures Inc. or PSV Inc.

If you choose to use PayPal as your method of payment, the transaction will show up slightly differently. The transaction will display as coming from PayPal: PSV Inc.

If you call your credit card company to find out what your purchase was for, they will tell you clothing accessories and/or medical supplies.

If you call our head office inquiring about the charge, we do not reveal any information other than the fact that we are a company with many online stores. We will not reveal any information.

If you are shipping to a different address other than where your credit card is registered to, we still require your billing address.

This is a requirement by credit card companies for online purchases, as it is to make sure that only the authorized cardholder is making the purchase. It helps to eliminate fraudulent orders, which also helps keep our prices as low as possible!

Unless your billing address and shipping address is the same, we will NEVER contact you at your billing address. It is only used to verifying your credit card information.

All of our orders are shipped completely discreetly for your privacy. We only use plain, unmarked boxes and envelopes for shipping orders to you. There will be no marks on the outside of the box that says what is inside.

The return address for your shipment will say “Shipping Department” for privacy reasons. Certain warehouses may have a slight variation on this message, but there is nothing that will expose what is inside the box!

Order delivery

We do our very best to have your order ship as soon as possible. Your order will be processed on the following business day from when you place your order, and then it will ship on our next scheduled shipping day.

American and international orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Canadian orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Please note the statuatory holidays and other events may cause you order to ship one day sooner or later than this schedule.

Most orders are delivered to your door within two weeks from the day you place your order.

We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping procedures.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information for your parcel. This is the best way to find out where your order is and when you can expect delivery.

Tracking information is only sent after your order has been shipped to you; you will not receive a tracking number until your order leaves our building.

You will get an email as soon as your order leaves the building. Please check your spam folder to make sure that you do not miss the email! If you have not received correspondence from us and it has been three (3) full business days, please contact us for an update.

If your order is temporarily back ordered for a few days, or is a special order item that needs to be ordered in from our manufacturer, we will ship your order out as soon as the product arrives. If your item is backordered for more than one week, we will cancel your item, refund the money and notify you.

We do our very best to notify all of our customers immediately if there are any delays in shipping.

Billing & payment methods

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and money order.

At this time, we cannot accept Interac/debit cards, Discover or American Express, except when used via PayPal. We also recommend using PayPal if you are planning to pay with a prepaid credit card.

We are unable to accept personal checks.

In order to prevent fraud, international orders may be required to pay via bank transfer or international money order.

When you place your order with us, simply select PayPal as your methd of payment. After you provide your order information to us, you will then be brought to the PayPal web site.

Prepaid credit cards are a great way to keep your privacy and your personal information safe while shopping online. There’s a couple things you need to do before you can shop with one:

  • Before you buy the card, make sure the card:
    • Has a VISA or MasterCard logo
    • Can be used for online purchases
    • Can be used internationally — we are a Canadian company!
  • Make sure to activate the credit card with your address once you purchase it.
  • Place your order online and select credit card or PayPal for your method of payment, and follow the instructions.
  • Make sure the address you provide us matches the address you provided to activate the credit card to avoid your card declining!

If you are choosing to shop by mail, we recommend filling out your card information on the order form, or paying by money order.

United States Postal Service (USPS) and Canada Post money orders are the fastest money orders to process. Western Union money orders and money orders issued by your financial institution may take longer to process as we are Canadian company.

Some financial instutions, banks, and credit card companies may charge you an international fee. This is not charged by us but by the card company. It sometimes occurs because we are a Canadian company.

If you have been charged an international fee, please contact your bank or credit card company, and notify them that the charge needs to be reversed. If your bank or credit card company is unwilling to reverse the charge, please notify us and we will do our best to correct the problem.

Shipping & savings

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 that are shipping to Canada or the United States.

The shipping price is based before taxes but after any sale prices, coupons or discounts.

All other orders are responsible to pay for shipping. To make this easy, we offer flat rate shipping based on where you are located and the value of your order.

Canadian orders:

  • Ground and free shipping: Canada Post Expedited Parcel
  • Priority shipping: Canada Post Xpresspost
  • Express shipping: Canada Post Priority

International orders:

  • Priority and free shipping: USPS Priority International
  • Express shipping: USPS Priority Express International

United States orders:
We will ship you order to you using whichever method is set to arrive to you fastest based on the shipping facility that is sending your package.

  • Ground and free shipping: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select
  • Priority shipping: FedEx 3 Day, UPS 3 Day, USPS Priority
  • Express shipping: FedEx 2 Day, UPS 2 Day, USPS Priority Express

Depending on where you are located and what product you are interested in, we may or may not be able to offer overnight shipping services at an additional cost. Please be aware that overnight or next day shipping for items like breast forms can be very expensive, as breast forms are heavy.

Any shipments leaving from our Point Roberts, Washington address will not be able to ship overnight due to the shipping options available from the city.

If you have problems receiving packages by certain shipping methods, please let us know when you place your order, otherwise we will select the shipping company with the fastest delivery to your area from our location(s).

Please be aware that if you prefer a certain carrier over another, it may end up taking longer than if we had selected the fastest method.

Yes, you can have your order shipped to a different location than your billing address! If you cannot receive your items at your home address, a PO box, or your place of work, we recommend contacting your local UPS Store or other private mail box store to have your order delivered there.

Before you place your order, locate the private mail box store you wish to use (such as the UPS Store). Let let them know that you would like to have a parcel held there for pick-up. They will tell you how it works for their store (usually they will charge a small fee ($2-$5) to receive a package for you).

Make sure to ask them for their exact address and if they can receive parcels shipped by US Mail (if you are in the United States) or Canada Post (if you are in Canada). If they cannot receive packages by either of these couriers, please let us know.

Please be aware that private mail box stores will generally require both a phone number and photo identification in order for you to pick up your parcel. They do this so that they can call you as soon as your parcel arrives to their store, and to make sure that no one but you picks up your parcel.

Coupon codes are a special treat that we provide to organizations, web sites and community groups we support. If you have a coupon code, you will be able to use it in the shopping cart for an additional discount.

Coupon codes are also often provided to customers inside their order or when you sign up for our e-mail list.

We are unable to provide additional discounts beyond the ones we already offer, as we already do our very best to keep our prices as low as possible!
