Breast Form Guarantees
We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality breast forms on the market.
1 year warranty
Most of our breast forms come complete with a one year warranty against manufacturer and material defects.
Medical-grade
All of our silicone breast forms are made using top-of-the-line platinum silicone. Most are manufactured to be medical-grade in an FDA-approved facility.
Highest quality
We believe in only providing the highest quality breast forms on the market.
Your breast forms should last far beyond the guarantee if you take good care of them.
Most breast forms are designed to last a minimum of 2 years with daily wear.
Exceptions to our guarantee
Breast forms are guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. They are not guaranteed against abuse, including punctures from sharp fingernails or jewelry, or from damage that can be caused by ill-fitting or damaged bras. Unless stated otherwise, they are not guaranteed if you have slept on the forms and burst them, or put excess pressure beyond its intended use. Our manufacturers stand behind their products, but will reject forms that have been abused.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for shipping the product back to The Breast Form Store to initiate a warranty review. If the warranty claim is rejected, the client will be responsible for return shipping. Approved warranty claims will ship with no additional charge to the customer.
