Warranty

Your Divine Collection prosthetics are warranted to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of sale. Excluded from this limited warranty are defects in any Divine Collection prosthetics that have been modified or altered, including but not limited to the use of adhesives and/or adhesive solvents that have not been recommended for use.

The Divine Collection prosthetic adhesive back layer is not warranted in any respect. The on-going performance is directly related to certain factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, such as the proper cleaning and care of the breast form, perspiration levels, skin type, exudates (body oils), moisture, diet and personal hygiene.

The manufacturer will replace the prosthetic if it is found to be defective during the warranty period. Transportation, postage, and insurance charges are the consumer’s responsibility. T

he manufacturer will not be liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, or special damages, caused by any defect in this product beyond the amount of the replacement product.

No warranty will be offered on the replacement prosthetic.

Do I have to use adhesive?

Jolie thigh pads are designed to look good under clothing. If you don't want to use adhesive for an extended hold, wear them with a supportive pair of pants or your favorite pantyhose.

What size should I choose to create an hourglass?

For the most natural hourglass, we recommend making the fullest part of your hips measure the same as your bustline. For example, if your bust measures 45 inches, your hips should also measure 45 inches.

If Jolies alone won't get you to the size you're looking for, pair them with ourNikki booty pads to get the perfect hourglass.

How do I position or layer Jolie thigh pads?

There are two ways to wear Jolie thigh pads! Align the top of the hip pad with the top of your hip bone for a softer curve to your body, or align the curve of the hip pad with the curve of your bum for a more dramatic transformation.

How do I care for Jolie thigh pads?

To make sure your Jolie thigh pads last for years, treat your pads like they are a delicate part of your body. Be careful with sharp objects like jewelry or fingernails, and do not handle roughly. When you are not wearing them, store your Jolie thigh pads on the cradle in the box provided.

The best thing to do is to remove any adhesive and wash with a non-moisturizing soap like Divine Collection Breast Form Wash after every use and allow to air dry. This will help maintain the naturally sticky surface and keep your Jolie thigh pads ready for the next time you wish to wear them.

If your thigh pads no longer feel sticky, it’s usually because dust, lint, hair, or skin oils have collected on the adhesive surface. A quick wash with non-moisturizing soap and warm water will remove buildup and restore their natural stickiness.
