💁♀️ How to Use Tweezers

  • Start with clean skin
    Wash your face with warm water or press a warm washcloth on the area you plan to tweeze. This opens pores and makes hair removal easier.
  • Sanitize your tweezers
    Wipe the tips with rubbing alcohol or warm soapy water to keep things clean and safe.
  • Find good lighting and a close-up mirror
    Make sure you can clearly see the hairs you want to remove — every detail helps!
  • Tweeze one hair at a time
    Gently pull in the direction the hair naturally grows. This helps prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.
  • Go slow and check as you go
    Especially when shaping brows — take your time and step back to review your progress.
  • Soothe and store
    Clean the tweezers again after use. Dab on a little aloe or gentle lotion to calm the skin.

  • A little redness afterward is totally normal — it fades quickly.

If you live outside these regions, you can still place your order through our U.S. head office, and we’ll ship it to you via DHL Global Express.

All packages are shipped discreetly in plain boxes, with no identifying information on the outside. We also offer multiple shipping speeds—from ground to express—depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered to your door within two weeks from the day you place your order.We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping procedures.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Once you made the decision to initiate a return or an exchange, contact us to request your RA number. This must be done within 48 hours of the package being delivered or your RA number may be denied.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as the order has been received back and inspected for eligiblity. You will receive an email regarding your refund as soon as it is completed.
Some clients may find that their refunds appear immediately, but it may take up to two (2) weeks to show back up to your credit card, depending on your provider.
