How does the try on service for Hera breast forms work?

  1. Place your order for the sizes of breast forms you wish to try on
  2. When the box arrives discreetly at your door, try on the breast forms in the privacy of your own home!
  3. Use the provided return label to send the breast forms back to us
  4. Once we receive the sample set back, receive a customized coupon code for a $200 discount towards your perfect Hera breast forms!

 

Important things to know (the fine print):
  • If someone else has ordered the same size try on service, you may have to wait until they return the try on forms before we are able to ship your order
  • We are currently only able to offer the try on service within the United States and Canada due to the shipping cost
  • If you choose to pay for Klarna for this item, we may have to cancel and refund your order if we cannot ship your order immediately
  • The credit can only be used towards Hera breast forms. If you decide that Hera breast forms are not right for you, please contact us to discuss your options
  • If your try on services is received back in poor condition as outlined in our returns policies, the fees that would normally be charged will be reduced from your coupon code
  • Coupon code amounts reedeemed towards try on service will also be reduced from your coupon code
  • No refund is issued on the return of product, it is only the store credit that is created towards your perfect Hera breast forms
  • The coupon code is only valid for 60 days after you have returned the product

Helpful tip for ordering breast forms

Do not attach your breast forms to your body until you know that you love them!Only attach them once you are sure of your sizing. Once they have been attached to the body in any way, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Don't know where to start? speak with our fitter

  1. If you know your bra size. skip to step 4. If you do not know your bra band size, take a measurement going all the way around your body beneath the curve of your pectoral muscle.
    Example:  Measurement is 35 inches
  2. Follow this measurement to determine your bra band size (what your body says you are)
    Example:  Bra band is 40
  3. Decide which cup size you would like to be.
    Example:  C cup for proportional shape
  4. Intersect your bra band size with the cup size you want to be. The number in the intersecting row and column will be the size to order!
    Example:  40C is a size 6

All packages are shipped discreetly in plain boxes, with no identifying information on the outside. We also offer multiple shipping speeds—from ground to express—depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered to your door within two weeks from the day you place your order.We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping procedures.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Once you made the decision to initiate a return or an exchange, contact us to request your RA number. This must be done within 48 hours of the package being delivered or your RA number may be denied.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as the order has been received back and inspected for eligiblity. You will receive an email regarding your refund as soon as it is completed.
Some clients may find that their refunds appear immediately, but it may take up to two (2) weeks to show back up to your credit card, depending on your provider.
