Best of all, once you return your try on kit, you'll receive a $200 USD store credit that you can use towards your perfect breast forms.

How does the try-on service work?

1. Place your order for the sizes of breast forms you wish to try on

2. Wait for the box to arrive discreetly at your door

3. Try on the breast forms in the privacy of your own home

4. Use the provided return label to send the breast forms back to us

5. Once we receive the sample set back, receive a store credit of $200 to use towards your perfect Hera breast forms!

If someone else has ordered the same size try on service, you may have to wait until they return the try on forms before we are able to ship your order
We are currently only able to offer the try on service within the United States and Canada due to the shipping cost
If your try on services is received back in poor condition as outlined in our returns policies, the fees that would normally be charged will be reduced from your coupon code
Coupon code amounts redeemed towards try on service will also be reduced from your coupon code
No refund is issued on the return of product
The store credit is only valid for 60 days after you have returned the product

Can I choose two different sizes?

Try-on kits come in two sizes, always one size apart (e.g., 4 & 5, 5 & 6, 6 & 7).

Can I order multiple try on kits?

Yes! Ordering two try-on kits will qualify for $400 in store credit.

I don't have a return label. How do I get one?

If you don’t have a return label, email us with your name and order number, and we’ll resend it.
