Warranty

Your Amoena prosthetics are warranted to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of sale.

Excluded from this limited warranty are defects in any Amoena prosthetics that have been modified or altered, including but not limited to the use of adhesives and/or adhesive solvents that have not been recommended for use.

The Amoena prosthetic’s adhesive layer is not warranted in any respect. The on-going performance is directly related to certain factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, such as the proper cleaning and care of the breast form, perspiration levels, skin type, exudates (body oils), moisture, correct bra sizing, diet and personal hygiene.

The manufacturer will replace the prosthetic if it is found to be defective during the warranty period. Transportation, postage, and insurance charges are the consumer’s responsibility.

The manufacturer will not be liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, or special damages, caused by any defect in this product beyond the amount of the replacement product. No warranty will be offered on the replacement prosthetic.

Helpful tip for ordering breast forms

Do not attach your breast forms to your body until you know that you love them!Only attach them once you are sure of your sizing. Once they have been attached to the body in any way, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fitting Chart

Don't know where to start? speak with our fitter

  1. If you know your bra size. skip to step 4. If you do not know your bra band size, take a measurement going all the way around your body beneath the curve of your pectoral muscle.
    Example:  Measurement is 35 inches
  2. Follow this measurement to determine your bra band size (what your body says you are)
    Example:  Bra band is 40
  3. Decide which cup size you would like to be.
    Example:  C cup for proportional shape
  4. Intersect your bra band size with the cup size you want to be. The number in the intersecting row and column will be the size to order!
    Example:  40C is a size 7

If you live outside these regions, you can still place your order through our U.S. head office, and we’ll ship it to you via DHL Global Express.

All packages are shipped discreetly in plain boxes, with no identifying information on the outside. We also offer multiple shipping speeds—from ground to express—depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered to your door within two weeks from the day you place your order.We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping procedures.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Once you made the decision to initiate a return or an exchange, contact us to request your RA number. This must be done within 48 hours of the package being delivered or your RA number may be denied.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as the order has been received back and inspected for eligiblity. You will receive an email regarding your refund as soon as it is completed.
Some clients may find that their refunds appear immediately, but it may take up to two (2) weeks to show back up to your credit card, depending on your provider.
