One reader recently reached out with a question we hear often:
“I’m 5’7″ and about 130 lbs — thinking of going a little top-heavy. Which breast forms would you go for to get that look?”

I have nothing but great things to say about the gold seal naked plate!
Super realistic look and feel, and sits perfectly on the body.

With this condition, 180cm and 60kg, I think that a B to C is sufficient to get feminine. If you will look extremely take D. I personally would not do.

Sounds like your super skinny, in which case a C cup would probs be a good fit if you want something a bit extra! Breast forms vary in size and shape so it may be worth doing a bit more research though, and think about your budget. The BF store website has some handy charts/ guides and plenty of options to choose from!

Creating a top-heavy look, or really any look at all, really comes down to the size you choose in your breast forms rather than the exact style of breast forms you choose! Ultimately, this is all based on determining your bra band size, so that you can find the appropriate cup size to create the look you’re going for. At 5’7″ and around 130 lbs, your frame is likely on the slender side, so here’s how different cup sizes would usually look with the right band size for your body:
- B cup — proportionate to your frame
- C cup — proportionate, but a little fuller
- D cup — starting to get bustier
- DD cup — noticeably busty
- DDD, F or G cups — super-busty, starting to get top-heavy
- H, I, J or K cups — Top heavy!
If you want to be top-heavy to your frame size without getting in to Dolly Parton territory, I’d suggest an F or G cup for your frame. A DD cup will still turn heads as a busty look, but it won’t give you that super-busty look you’re going for. That being said, breastplates are also awesome when you’re looking to show off some cleavage (which, hey, a busty cup size usually means cleavage). Here’s some of my favorites I’d recommend taking a look at:
No matter your height, weight, or the look you’re going for, choosing the right breast forms can make a huge difference in how confident and feminine you feel. Remember — it’s all about finding the right cup size for your frame, experimenting with different shapes, and selecting what feels comfortable and natural for you.
That’s the beauty of The Powder Room: a place to ask the questions you’ve always wondered, and to find answers that help you step into your most confident, radiant self.
