Warranty

As a result of their premium craftmanship, Gold Seal CustomSkin products are very unlikely to experience a defect if they are properly cared for. The manufacturer includes a one year warranty from date of purchase against defects. If you believe that you may have encountered a manufacturer’s defect, please contact The Breast Form Store in order to initiate a review of your product. As with all breast forms, our Gold Seal CustomSkin products are designed to simulate natural breast tissue.

We recommend that you treat your forms with care and respect, as you would your own skin. Excessive tugging and yanking, or sharp objects like fingernails or jewelry, can possibly damage the skin. For this reason, we do not recommend sleeping with your Gold Seal CustomSkin forms, to prevent any movement in your sleep from accidentally causing damage.

Please note that as every person’s skin chemistry is slightly different, and that there are many variations involved in terms of application, GoldSeal CustomSkin products do not include a guarantee to go braless. Although many clients may be very successful in this, we cannot guarantee that all clients will be successful with all sizes of the product. We recommend to experiment at home for the best results before stepping out while braless.

How do I care for Audrey breast forms?

To make sure your Audrey breast forms last for years, treat your breast forms like they are a delicate part of your body. Be careful with sharp objects like jewelry or fingernails, and do not handle roughly. When you are not wearing them, store your Audrey breast forms on the cradle in the box provided.

The best thing to do is to remove any adhesive and wash with a non-moisturizing soap like Divine Collection Breast Form Wash after every use and allow to air dry. This will help maintain the naturally sticky surface and keep your Hera breast forms ready for the next time you wish to wear them.

What bras can I wear with Audrey breast forms?

Audrey breast forms work well with most styles of bras. We recommend avoiding push-up bras, as the push-up padding may cause the breast forms to come off of your body.

What adhesives can I use?

Audrey breast forms are naturally self-adhering, but if you wish to go braless or wear them for long periods of time, additional adhesive may make you feel more secure. Any adhesive for real look breast forms will be safe to use with Gold Seal CustomSkin products.

My breast forms aren't sticky. Why?

If your breast forms no longer feel sticky, it’s usually because dust, lint, hair, or skin oils have collected on the adhesive surface. A quick wash with non-moisturizing soap and warm water will remove buildup and restore their natural stickiness.
