Warranty

Gold Seal real feel breast forms are warranted to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of sale. Excluded from this limited warranty are defects in items that have been modified or altered, including but not limited to the use of adhesives and/or adhesive solvents that have not been recommended for use.

Gold Seal real feel breast forms are guaranteed against failure of the double-strength membrane on the back side of the forms caused by double-sided adhesive tapes manufactured for and sold by The Breast Form Store and its affiliates. Skin Tac Wipes and Holdup adhesive are also covered in this guarantee, however the use of any other tape or attachment method will void the guarantee.

Gold Seal real feel breast forms breast forms are not guaranteed against abuse, punctures by sharp objects, excessive pressure being placed on them, excessive heat, or other actions that would not be consistent with normal wearing of a breast prosthesis.

The manufacturer will replace the prosthetic if it is found to be defective during the warranty period. Transportation, postage, and insurance charges are the consumer’s responsibility. The manufacturer will not be liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, or special damages, caused by any defect in this product beyond the amount of the replacement product. No warranty will be offered on the replacement breast forms.

Braless guarantee

Gold Seal Classic 1 breast forms are guaranteed to withstand the use of our Double-Sided Tapes and are guaranteed to go braless when attached with the provided double-sided tapes. If the breast forms fail to stay attached, The Breast Form Store will replace the adhesive kit with a FREE 24 Double-Sided Tapes for Breast Forms with 12 Skin Tac Wipes.

This guarantee extends to any customer who has a difference of 1 inch or less between their nipple and under pectoral measurement and has followed the provided instructions for attaching with the Double-Sided Tapes manufactured for and sold by The Breast Form Store and its affiliates. Transportation, postage, and insurance charges are the consumer’s responsibility.

Can I sleep with Gold Seal breast forms?

No, Gold Seal breast forms are not safe to be slept in. As they are filled with a liquid silicone gel, movement in your sleep can cause excess pressure and could burst the breast forms. Sleeping while wearing your Gold Seal breast forms can void the manufacturers' warranty. We recommend wearing sleep-safe breast forms when resting.

Do Gold Seal breast forms come in multiple skin tones?

Gold Seal breast forms can be custom ordered in sable (a deep skin tone) but are final sale. As Gold Seal breast forms are designed to look good under clothing only, they are not available in multiple skin tones. To order Gold Seal breast forms in sable, please contact us.

How can I change the color of my Gold Seal breast forms?

Gold Seal breast forms are not safe to use with makeup, as it will wipe off the polyurethane skin. An easy way to help match the color of your Gold Seal breast forms is to create a pocket for each breast form using the toe of a pair of pantyhose close to your own skin color.

How do I care for Gold Seal Breast forms?

To make sure your Gold Seal breast forms last for years, treat your breast forms like they are a delicate part of your body. Be careful with sharp objects like jewelry or fingernails, and do not handle roughly. When you are not wearing them, store your Gold Seal breast forms on the cradle in the boxes provided.

What bras can I wear with Gold Seal Classic 1 breast forms?

Gold Seal Classic 1 breast forms can be worn with many styles of bras! Pocket bras are the best for security. Gold Seal Classic 1 breast forms are the best shape of breast form to wear with underwire or moulder cup bras due to their full shape. We recommend avoiding push-up bras, as the padding will push the breast form out of the bra.

If you are wearing breast forms with an underwire bra, always inspect the bra to make sure the underwire will not rip through the bra and accidentally puncture the breast forms.

How do I remove Gold Seal breast forms?

Slide your fingers beneath the breast forms from the bottom side and slowly remove the breast forms from your chest. If the adhesive is holding very tightly, place a small amount of baby oil on your fingertips prior to this step. You will NOT be able to re-use the double-sided tapes if you use baby remover; make sure to wash the breast forms well with lots of soap and water before using with adhesive again.

What adhesives can I use?
